Simple exercises may speed up recovery for men after prostate surgery
NCT ID NCT07293442
Summary
This study is testing whether pelvic floor muscle exercises can help men recover better after surgery for an enlarged prostate (BPH). Researchers want to see if these exercises improve urinary symptoms, reduce leftover urine after voiding, and boost quality of life compared to standard post-surgery care alone. The study involves 46 men who are randomly assigned to either do the exercises or receive usual care after their operation.
