First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study aims to see if there is a connection between central sensitization (a condition where the nervous system is overly sensitive) and symptoms of pelvic floor disorders in women. About 359 women visiting a gynecology clinic will fill out questionnaires about their symptoms and quality of life. The study does not test any treatment, but hopes to better understand these conditions.
