First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced high-grade neuroendocrine tumors (a rare and fast-growing cancer). The treatment combines chemotherapy (etoposide and carboplatin) with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab), followed by maintenance therapy with pembrolizumab and lenvatinib. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. The study involves up to 20 participants across 10 sites in the UK.
