First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of PET scan (PSMA PET) can predict how well advanced prostate cancer responds to treatments like hormone therapy or chemotherapy. Researchers will track 1,300 men with advanced prostate cancer to see if scan results can forecast treatment success or failure. The goal is to better identify which patients might need a different approach.
