First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new injectable drug called peguricase, given together with methotrexate, in 36 adults with gout that standard treatments fail to control. The main goals are to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and to find the right dose for future studies. Participants must be 18-70 years old and not in a gout flare at the start.
