Summary

This study is testing whether a program called 'Peer Support for Whole Health' can help Veterans who are struggling with daily life, relationships, or work. The program is led by other Veterans who have recovered from their own mental health challenges. Researchers want to see if this peer support improves how Veterans function day-to-day and boosts their overall well-being.
