Summary
This study tested a 10-week peer support program called 'Paths to everyday life' for adults with mental health difficulties. Participants were randomly assigned to either the peer support group plus usual services, or usual services alone. The goal was to see if the program improved personal recovery, empowerment, and quality of life.
