Summary
This study aims to see if a peer support program helps people recently released from jail or prison get and stay in care for Hepatitis C. Researchers will compare this special program to standard care for 80 participants. The goal is to understand what helps or prevents people from starting and finishing their Hepatitis C treatment successfully.
