Summary
This study aims to see if a peer support program helps people with Hepatitis C get and stay in treatment after being released from jail or prison. It will compare this special program to standard care for 80 recently released individuals. The goal is to understand what helps or hinders treatment and to improve long-term health outcomes for this group.
