NCT ID NCT07308821
Summary
This study aims to see if a semester-long peer-mentoring program helps undergraduate students in communication sciences and disorders feel more supported and interested in their future careers. It will compare about 65 students who participate in the program to those who do not. The goal is to learn how to better prepare students to enter fields like speech-language pathology and audiology, which are facing significant workforce shortages.
