Summary

This study will test two different breathing machine pressure levels (PEEP) in 60 adults having lower back surgery while lying face down. The goal is to see which setting helps keep lungs working better and maintains good oxygen levels during the operation. Researchers will measure lung stress and oxygen exchange to find the safest approach.
