New hope for kids with tough brain tumors: stem cells + immunotherapy

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new combination treatment for children whose high-grade glioma has come back after standard therapy. It uses the child's own blood stem cells (grown in the lab) plus an immunotherapy drug called nivolumab. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and possible to deliver. Only 12 children will take part.
