Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (TFP block and QL block) to control pain after lower belly surgery in children aged 3 to 7. The goal was to see which block reduces pain and the need for extra painkillers. 66 children took part, and researchers measured pain scores and total paracetamol use after surgery.
