Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (TFP block and QL block) for pain relief in 66 children aged 3-7 after lower belly surgery. The goal was to see which block reduces pain and the need for extra pain medicine. Both blocks are already used in clinics, and this research aimed to find which works better.
