New hope for kids with rare Muscle-Weakening disease
NCT ID NCT06607627
Summary
This study is testing a drug called gefurulimab in children and teenagers (ages 6 to 18) who have generalized myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes severe muscle weakness. The main goals are to see how the drug moves through the body, if it is safe, and if it helps reduce symptoms like difficulty walking, talking, or swallowing. This is not a cure; it is a treatment aimed at controlling the disease.
