Brain study aims to unlock learning secrets in kids with epilepsy

NCT ID NCT07350551

First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at how the brain works in children with hard-to-treat epilepsy. Researchers will measure brain signals while kids perform tasks involving memory and decision-making. The goal is to better understand these processes, not to test a new treatment. About 200 children who are already scheduled for brain monitoring will take part.
