Summary
This study looked at different ways to improve nutrition in children newly diagnosed with cancer. About 19 kids received either oral supplements, appetite stimulants, or feeding tubes to see which helped maintain weight and muscle. The goal is to create clear guidelines for doctors to prevent malnutrition during cancer treatment.
