New shot could let kids with peanut allergies eat nuts safely

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called PVX108 for children and teens with peanut allergies. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps them tolerate more peanut protein without a reaction. About 90 participants will receive either the treatment or a placebo, and their peanut tolerance will be measured over several months.
