Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (pomalidomide, dexamethasone, and carfilzomib) in 25 people whose multiple myeloma had returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal was to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs worked together to control the cancer. Participants had already tried at least one other treatment, including lenalidomide.
