Summary
This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) to standard treatment can help people with chronic hepatitis B achieve a 'clinical cure'—meaning the virus is no longer detectable in the blood. The trial involves 45 adults who have been on antiviral pills for at least a year and still have a moderate level of the virus surface antigen. The goal is to see if this combination can safely clear the virus and allow patients to stop long-term medication.
