NCT ID NCT04494009

First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a drug called INCMGA00012 (a PD-1 inhibitor) can help prevent esophageal cancer from returning after patients have completed chemoradiation. About 110 adults with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or just be observed. The goal is to see if the drug extends the time before the cancer grows back.
