Summary
This study tests whether a PD-1 inhibitor (INCMGA00012) can help prevent esophageal cancer from returning after standard chemoradiation. About 110 adults with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who completed chemoradiation without progression will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or just observation. The main goal is to see if the drug extends the time before the cancer worsens.
