New combo therapy shows promise for head and neck cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called tislelizumab, combined with chemotherapy (APF), followed by surgery or radiation, can shrink or control advanced head and neck tumors. About 29 adults with stage III-IVb cancer will receive this treatment. The goal is to see if the tumors disappear or shrink, and to check for side effects.
