First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking levocarnitine together with myoinositol works better than myoinositol alone for women with PCOS who have trouble getting pregnant and have insulin resistance. About 72 women aged 18-40 will take the drugs twice daily for 3 months. Researchers will check changes in insulin resistance and hormone levels to see if the combination offers more benefit.
