Summary
This study tests a stepped-care version of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children aged 2 to 7 who have a mild to moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI) and behavior problems. Researchers will work with 20 parent-child pairs to see if the therapy reduces disruptive behaviors, eases parent stress, and improves parenting skills. The goal is to help families manage challenging behaviors after a TBI.
