This study tested a new pain medicine called PBK_L1704 in 182 people who had foot surgery (bunionectomy) in South Korea. The goal was to see if it relieves moderate to severe pain better than a placebo (sugar pill) over 48 hours. Participants rated their pain on a 0-10 scale, and the study measured the total pain relief over two days.
