Summary

This study tests a new treatment for glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Patients take two drugs (paxalisib and metformin) and follow a high-fat, low-carbohydrate (ketogenic) diet. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can slow tumor growth. The trial includes both newly diagnosed and recurrent cases.
