Simple 'If-Then' plans aim to boost safety in hospitals

Summary
This study tests whether a short online planning exercise can help healthcare professionals raise and respond to safety concerns at work. About 1000 healthcare workers will be randomly assigned to either do the exercise or not, and then report their actions after 1 and 6 months. The goal is to see if this simple tool can overcome common barriers like time pressure and workplace culture.
