Summary
This study tests whether a short planning exercise can help healthcare professionals raise and respond to patient safety concerns. About 1,000 healthcare workers will complete online questionnaires and be randomly assigned to either do the planning exercise or not. Follow-ups at one and six months will measure how often they speak up about safety risks.
