Grass-Fed vs. regular meat: which is healthier?

NCT ID NCT06768775

Summary

This study aimed to see if eating meat and eggs from animals raised on pasture (regenerative farming) is healthier than eating products from conventional farms. Researchers had 80 middle-aged adults eat only study-provided meat and eggs for 16 weeks and measured changes in their blood. They compared health markers like omega-3 levels and inflammation between the two diet groups.
