Grass-Fed vs. regular meat: which is healthier?
NCT ID NCT06768775
Summary
This study looked at whether eating meat and eggs from animals raised on pasture (regenerative farming) is healthier than eating products from conventional farms. For 16 weeks, 80 middle-aged adults ate only study-provided meat and eggs from one type of farm. Researchers measured changes in their blood to see effects on heart health markers, inflammation, and metabolism.
