First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 38 times
Summary
This study looked at how eating meat and eggs from pastured (grass-fed) animals versus conventionally raised animals affects health markers in middle-aged adults. 80 participants ate study-provided chicken, beef, pork, and eggs for 16 weeks. Researchers measured omega-3 fatty acids, inflammation, and other blood markers to see if pastured foods offer health benefits.
