New program helps teens with HIV stay healthy during adult care transition

Summary
This study tests a program called PASEO that helps teenagers with HIV in Peru move from pediatric to adult care. The program includes a helper who guides them, peer support groups, and mental health check-ins. About 160 teens aged 14-21 will take part to see if the program helps them stay in care and keep the virus under control.
