Summary

This study tests a program called PASEO that helps teenagers with HIV in Lima, Peru, successfully move from pediatric to adult HIV care. The program includes a helper who checks in monthly, peer support groups, education sessions, and mental health support. About 160 teens will take part, and researchers will see if the program helps them stay in care and keep the virus under control.
