Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called PAS-004 in adults with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) who have at least one symptomatic, inoperable nerve tumor (plexiform neurofibroma). The study aims to find safe doses and check for side effects. Participants take a daily pill for up to 6 months and undergo regular blood tests and MRIs.
