Summary
This small study tested whether focused ultrasound waves could safely treat Parkinson's disease movement problems. Six people who already had one side of their brain treated received ultrasound treatment on the other side. Researchers measured whether this non-surgical approach improved tremors, stiffness, and movement difficulties.
