Can watching videos help people with Parkinson's walk better?
NCT ID NCT07244900
Summary
This study tested whether adding 'action observation therapy'—watching videos of specific movements—to standard physical exercises could help people with Parkinson's disease. It aimed to reduce episodes where walking suddenly freezes and to improve overall mobility. The trial involved 42 participants and compared the combined therapy to standard exercises alone.
