Summary
This study looks at whether terazosin, a drug used for high blood pressure, can change heart nerve activity in people at high risk for Parkinson's disease. Researchers will monitor 15 adults with REM sleep behavior disorder (a strong early sign of Parkinson's) using heart scans and clinical tests over 26 weeks. The goal is to better understand how Parkinson's develops, not to treat or cure it.
