Summary
This study tested a program that teaches people with early-stage Parkinson's disease how to add more physical activity into their daily lives. 89 participants either received the program or were put on a waiting list. The goal was to see if the program increased their moderate-to-vigorous activity, measured by a device worn on the hip.
