Sniffing away Parkinson's Freeze-Ups: new nasal spray trial aims for quick relief
NCT ID NCT07156773
Summary
This study is testing a new nasal spray called XJN010 to see if it can safely and quickly help people with Parkinson's disease when their regular medications suddenly stop working, known as an 'off' episode. Researchers will compare the spray to a placebo (a spray with no medicine) in 84 participants over two weeks. The main goal is to see if the spray improves movement scores and helps patients return to their 'on' state faster.
