Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tTIS to see if it can improve movement problems in people with early to mid-stage Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare two different brain targets (STN and GPi) in the same person to find which works better. The trial involves 100 participants and measures changes in motor symptoms while off medication.
