Summary
This study tested whether adding action observation therapy (watching videos of movements) to standard physical therapy could help people with Parkinson's disease who experience freezing of gait. 42 participants aged 50-80 completed the trial. The goal was to see if this approach improves mobility and reduces freezing episodes.
