Can a phone app help Parkinson's patients breathe better?
NCT ID NCT06942533
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app that provides visual feedback can help people with Parkinson's disease perform breathing exercises more effectively. Thirty participants will complete two training sessions, one with the app's feedback and one without, to see if the feedback leads to better muscle activation and makes the exercises feel easier. The goal is to improve a therapy that can help with coughing and breathing strength.
