Can a phone app help Parkinson's patients breathe better?
NCT ID NCT06942533
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app called SpiroGym, which provides visual feedback, helps people with Parkinson's disease perform breathing exercises more effectively. Thirty participants will complete two training sessions, one with the app's feedback and one without, to see if the feedback improves muscle effort and motivation. The goal is to understand if technology can make these important exercises easier and more beneficial.
