Summary

This study will test if adding a special foot wedge to balance training helps people with Parkinson's disease walk better and feel more stable. Thirty adults with moderate Parkinson's will either get standard physical therapy or the same therapy plus the wedge and extra training. The goal is to find a better way to reduce falls and improve walking.
