New registry aims to unlock best treatments for painful endometriosis nodules

Summary
This study is building a national database to track how well two treatments—surgery and a freezing technique called cryoablation—work for parietal endometriosis (endometriosis in the abdominal wall). Researchers will follow 300 adults with symptomatic nodules to compare outcomes and understand the condition better. The goal is to gather real-world data to guide future care, not to test a new drug or cure.
