Summary

This study is developing and testing a mobile phone app designed to help parents and caregivers manage their own stress. The goal is to see if reducing parenting stress makes it easier for caregivers to support their teenagers in getting treatment for substance use or mental health needs after the youth leave detention. Researchers will work with 60 caregivers to create and test the app's usefulness.
