New online therapy aims to ease PTSD and strengthen bonds for military mothers

Summary
This study tests a 12-16 week online program called Parenting STAIR for military-connected mothers who have experienced trauma. The goal is to help moms manage PTSD and depression symptoms while improving their parenting skills and connection with their children (ages 2-10). About 120 mothers will be assigned to either the new program or standard treatments to see which works better.
