First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a parenting program called Parenting in 2 Worlds (P2W) for American Indian parents and guardians living in cities. The program aims to improve family relationships and reduce risky behaviors like substance use and depression in teens aged 12-17. About 1,440 families from four U.S. regions will take part. The study compares P2W to a general health information program to see which works better.
