First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving sleep tips to expecting parents can help their babies sleep longer and have fewer sleep problems. About 391 families will take part, with some getting regular sleep advice by email and others not. Researchers will track the babies' sleep for up to 24 months to see if the advice makes a difference.
